We offer a free collection service within 200 miles of our dealership in Salisbury, Wiltshire. We will come and pick up your caravan from wherever it is stored (e.g. your home or storage facility).
If we are purchasing the caravan from you, once the caravan has been appraised, we will make instant payment so you can see the funds in your account before we leave. If we are selling the caravan on your behalf, on a sale or return basis, then you will receive instant payment as soon as the caravan is sold.
This means that we sell your caravan on your behalf at a pre-agreed price, instead of purchasing the caravan from you. We will market your caravan across our website and online platforms. Once the sale has been made, you will receive an instant bank transfer of the agreed funds.
If a sale is not made during our set period, we will return the caravan to you.
